Turning Japanese Menu Knife Skills taught
Break out the chopsticks and roll out the sushi! Prepare sushi rice, learn new knife techniques with fish and veggies, and all the tricks to make gorgeous sushi rolls, and many other out-of-the ordinary treats!
  • We'll have loads of different seafood including tuna, salmon, scallops & roe to play with, so all kind of Maki Rolls!
  • Lots of veggie choices, too!
  • Mochi for dessert!
