This Hipcook has eaten his way across the globe. His “I’ll try anything once” attitude has led to an eclectic and adventurous cooking style. Kevin once found himself attempting guacamole while living in a rural village in Ghana, West Africa. The end result was pretty tasty when scooped up with some fresh plantain chips! Kevin’s culinary adventurism eventually led him to Hipcooks. He immediately fell in love and after attending or assisting almost every class, he decided it was about time to move to the other side of the counter. Kevin’s new quest is to use the skills he gained as a school teacher to take curious cooks on a culinary adventure to find their inner chef!
