Well, Hello and Happy New Year!

It is with great delight that I announce these three tasty tidbits:


(1)  HIPCOOKS HAS A NEW LOCATION!

(2)  THE NEW SCHEDULE IS UP!

(3)  therefore, let's have a PARTY!


(1)  yes, yes - after much searching and many delays I am now in a schwank new space!  Hipcooks is fully nestled among the bustle of downtown LA, at the Brewery Artist Loft complex.  I am delighted to be here, as this is a beautiful complex with loads of creative people, but also a large, safe environment with plenty of parking for students right outside my space.  The Brewery is right of the 5, 10, 101 and 110 Freeways - a more convenient and easy-to-find spot - impossible!  700 feet of open space for cooking so let's get our cook on!

(2)  The new schedule is up!  Check out http://hipcooks.com ! I added loads of weekend classes and many new classes for returning students who have been clamoring for more! A sampling of the new classes:

(3)  OPEN HOUSE / PARTY DETAILS
Please drop on by on Saturday, Feb 7th!  I am having an open house for Hipcooks from 3 pm onwards.  If you are curious what this whole Hipcooks thing is about, or you'd like to check out the new location, if you have questions or would like to meet me - now's the time!  I'll be doing demonstrations of tasty nibbles for you to sample.  In the evening (after 9ish) this will morph into a full-on party, consider yourself invited to celebrate the new space with me!
